Responsibilities

Collaborate with the CTO to define and drive the company’s technology roadmap.

Provide necessary inputs to support software development.

Lead projects technically, including data analysis, problem definition, and conceptual development.

Mentor and supervise junior technologists and project engineers.

Perform risk analysis for water management schemes and solutions.

Write technical reports detailing problems, solution options, risks, and recommendations.

Conduct quality control for engineering work and present technical findings to clients.

Refine processes, standards, and execution systems.

Build and deliver training programs for project engineers.

Publish technical papers and present at industry conferences.

Develop creative solutions for complex challenges.

Participate in industry forums, including standards development.

Assist the business development team in client meetings related to water management expertise.
