Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the ERP system, including adjacent systems such as ecommerce platforms and SFTP sites, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and availability.
Configure and maintain ERP modules, workflows, and integrations with other applications.
Perform routine system checks, updates, and maintenance tasks to ensure data integrity and security.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within the companies’ systems.
Develop, modify, and optimize queries to support ERP system functionality and reporting needs.
Ensure that SQL-based processes are efficient, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation projects, integrating ERP solutions with new and existing systems.
Lead the implementation of new ERP modules and functionalities, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation related to general systems configurations, processes, and integrations.
Provide advanced technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving system related issues.
Conduct training sessions for users to maximize the effective use of systems.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor system performance and business KPIs.
Lead projects from initiation to completion, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.

Required
Combination of work experience and education
4+ years of experience with Netsuite ERP administration
Proven track record of leading ERP implementations and upgrades
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
