Responsibilities

Manage a team consisting of Business Systems Analysts and Managed Service Provider (MSP) to support of a large D365 F&O ERP production environment

Manage D365 ERP environments – manage software release calendar; manage schedule for ongoing updates/refreshes; drive and update environment refresh checklist action items; manages UAT/Testing calendars

Support incoming projects, service requests, and incidents and ensure that they are completed in a quality and timely manner.

Serve as escalation point for business process owners, key users and global applications staff

Actively collaborate with business stakeholders to interpret their business needs and issues, and effectively translating them to actionable requirements.

Coordinate activities of teams, schedules and resources for assigned tasks or projects.

Develops strategies and related implementation plans in conjunction with the D365 ERP initiative.

Develop and manage budgets for IT organization

Ensure that D365 F&O ERP environment is fully aligned with the defined enterprise strategy

Apply business process knowledge to maximize the benefit of IT investments

Required

Proven Dynamics D365 F&O ERP experience

8+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience in design, development, customization, implementation, integration, and administration of D365 F&O ERP solutions

5+ years of IT supervisory or leadership experience in large teams

Proficiency with D365 F&O technology stack and peripheral technologies including, but not limited to, Azure, Azure SQL, Power BI, Common Data Service, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure Machine Learning

Prior experience leading an ERP team consisting of Business System Analysts, Solution Architects and MSP

Experience with Agile development methodology and tools (Azure DevOps/Jira)

Experience in leading and supporting ERP and ISV systems

Experience leading and executing ERP SIT, UAT and other system validation testing

Excellent communications and collaboration skills

Highly organized leader, self-starter
