Responsibilities

Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities and calendars

Management of complex calendars, scheduling requirements, and prioritization of executive's tasks and appointments according to their importance, urgency, and relevance.

Act as a liaison for direct reports and business stakeholders

Extensive travel coordination (international and domestic)

Participate in planning of events and drive key team activities (staff meetings, all-hands meetings, supply ordering)

Work alongside other executive assistants within the org and throughout AmSec to drive best practices and cross collaboration of efficiencies

Required

8+ years of senior level leadership support experience

High school or equivalent diploma

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
