Responsibilities

Partners with executive in identifying key opportunity areas and reducing daily workload.

Exercises discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.

Acts as a liaison to other functional areas of the business, building cross-functional relationships.

Drafts, edits, and proofs various types of documents.

Serves as a 'gatekeeper' by screening emails, phone calls, and visitors.

Facilitates internal communication and schedules presentations.

Manages executive's calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reports.

Procures office supplies and monitors budget for the functional area.

May mentor other Executive Assistants in the organization.
