Responsibilities

Manages the preparation of operational and construction contracts to include drafting various required documentation.

Researches and ensures compliance with state procurement laws and University policies.

Plans, develops, and administers methods, strategies, and procedures for meeting program objectives.

Directs the preparation of and reviews reports and records of activities to ensure progress in contract administration.

Monitors annual budgets and ensures expenditures are within budget allocation.

Ensures compliance with various reporting requirements including state mandate reporting on contract actions.

Analyzes trends within assigned areas and maintains expert awareness of program information and change needs.

Formulates, implements, and maintains appropriate policies and procedures concerning contract administration.

Supervises assigned staff in the performance of duties.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelors and 5 years experience

Thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline

Minimum of five (5) years of directly job-related experience

Preferred
