Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams to deliver innovative solutions for our customers' fulfillment and distribution systems, from conceptual design to approval.
Lead multiple projects with a keen eye on quality and cost-effectiveness, ensuring designs meet or exceed expectations.
Oversee projects from start to finish, including the installation and commissioning phases, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to project concepts.
Develop facility requirements, capacity, and rate models to guide design decisions.
Manage engineering design projects across various stages and complexities, including integrated system designs and alignment with WMS, WES, WCS, and BMS systems.

Required
Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Supply Chain, Design) with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Design/Innovation Engineering, Manufacturing/Process/Industrial Engineering, or a similar role.
Comprehensive experience in the design cycle of warehouses, distribution, and fulfillment centers, including machine design and full factory design engineering.
Proficiency in CAD software for facility design and experience with business/technical software like MS Excel and MS Project.
At least 3 years of experience utilizing data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Quicksight, Power BI, Tableau).
Demonstrated ability to lead engineering design projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Highly motivated teammate with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Willing to travel at least 40% time.
Must have and maintain US citizenship or permanent residency.
Preferred
Technical expertise in full facility designs, capable of transforming ideas into technical artifacts for internal and partner use.
Understanding of digital twin concepts and the application of real-time data.
Familiarity with simulation tools and their application in engineering building designs.
Experience with aligning warehouse management, execution, and control systems within integrated machine designs.
