Responsibilities
Align with Federal Sales leaders to execute focused, marketing programs in conjunction with Sales plans
Ramp market-to/market-with/market-through partner campaign planning through Distribution and direct to select partners, as a reflection of the strategies established by the vertical sales & channel leaders
Build scalable, repeatable marketing programs + activities -- and execute accordingly
Work closely with sales leadership, sales operations and marketing operations to track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report results to sales and marketing leadership
Build and nurture relationships with the regional sales teams sharing global and regional marketing plans and priorities and weekly/monthly/quarterly insights on performance
Effectively manage, administer, and measure your regional budgets, including MDF

Required
8-10 years of experience in B2G Field-Led Demand Generation
Solid understanding of the U.S. Federal Government markets
Strategic planning and integrated execution skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proven ability to work and communicate cross functionally and with partners
Experience supporting field sales and partner organizations within the IT industry
SaaS-based experience preferred
Outcomes-driven, analytical, customer-first mindset
Track record of executing creative, impactful field marketing programs for IT executives and practitioners
Ability to collaborate with product, technical, sales, channel, marketing, and executive teams
High standards for quality, creativity, execution, and productivity
Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
15-20% Travel required
Preferred
Experience in cybersecurity
Comfort operating with a sense of purpose and urgency
Sense of humor and willingness to be authentic
Deep belief in being human-first
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in managing regional budgets, including MDF
