Responsibilities

Leads the preparation and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency for internal and external stakeholders.

Leads the development and management of Unanet based financials, to include reports and dashboards in order to provide senior leadership and program managers with timely and accurate financial status.

Manages payroll, income, expenses, deposits, reports and other day-to-day finance activities Prepares monthly management financial reporting packages, including variance analysis.

Supports the development of and implementation of internal controls, accounting policies, processes and procedures to comply with all state and federal regulations and US GAAP.

Proactively identifies opportunities to revise or create new policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting department.
