Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive process improvement strategy to standardize data flows.

Manage a team of 4 direct reports, with an overall team of 45 individuals, within the Invoicing Swimlane.

Collaborate closely with partners from Finance, Client Services, and Operations to understand their needs and capture feedback on the invoicing process.

Focus on improving the overall customer experience by aligning our processes with the needs and expectations of internal and external partners.

Lead efforts associated with process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions.

Ensure that the processes follow relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

Lead reporting on unbilled results and other key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
