Responsibilities
Ability to work independently with limited guidance from People Leader or written procedures
Quick learner
Solid mix of accounting experience and financial analysis experience
Excellent understanding and familiarity with GAAP and the ability to apply these principles in practice
Strong working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts and practices
Broad understanding of internal controls
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work with employees at all levels within the organization
Ability to work well in a team environment (this role will not lead people)
Willingness to collaboratively challenge the business
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize tasks

Strong business acumen
S/4 knowledge preferred
S/4 Treasury module knowledge a plus
S/4 Material Ledger module knowledge a plus
Will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting templates, balance sheet flux analysis, BPC cash flow templates, and other internal and external reporting for the North American, Corporate and other businesses
Will also work with internal and external auditors while providing analysis and support in other areas including Fixed Assets, Inventory, Leasing, Reporting, Operations and Commercial Accounting.
