Responsibilities
Ownership/maintenance of associated physician compensation databases
Aggregation/manipulation of associated statistics
Validation of data completeness and accuracy
Generation and distribution of related compensation reports
Upstream/downstream communication
Serve as expert point for physician compensation related inquiries
Ongoing partnership and collaboration with associated stakeholders
Ad Hoc analysis / information requests as needed

Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or a closely related field; or equivalent related experience required.
Four (4) years progressively responsible experience in financial analysis required (or equivalent combination of training and experience).
Experience completing complex analytical tasks with minimal supervision required.
Experience and/or training in the use of accounting, financial and business software applications including Excel, Word and Access required.
Preferred
CPA, Certified Management Accountant, MBA or Masters in Finance preferred.
Experience in a healthcare and healthcare operations preferred.
Experience with clinician compensation strongly preferred.
Experience with EPIC, Oracle/PeopleSoft, and Axiom EPM preferred.
Experience working across multiple organizations and multiple levels of management preferred.
