Responsibilities
Lead, direct, maintain, coordinate, and consolidate Abbott Nutrition’s global Plan for Plan/Quarterly LBEs for Global Engineering. Includes coordinating deadlines, outlining process, and communicating with multiple Directors to consolidate a Global forecast.
Maintain the Excel Add-in for the forecasting system for actuals reporting and forecasting for the engineering department including developing process improvements on improving forecast accuracy.
Monthly Reporting of Global Engineering vs. benchmarks with commentary and analysis. Lead monthly meetings on performance and variance causals with global Abbott Nutrition locations.

Required
Bachelor’s degree, preferably Business Administration, Finance concentration. MBA/CPA preferred, but not required
Advanced use of Microsoft Office Applications, with a specific focus on Excel, working knowledge of SAP/Symphony and Host Analytics Applications and Data Analytics tools such as Power BI and Alteryx preferred.
A minimum of 6-8 years combined finance experience in the following areas: FP&A, Accounting, and/or Capital Planning
Preferred
A self-starter and highly motivated with attention to detail.
Possess strong analytical and communication (oral and written) skills plus have an ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines; must be able to handle multiple competing priorities.
The job will entail regular communication and coordination with various directors across the multiple functions and locations around the world for Abbott Nutrition.
To be truly effective, the role must be able to operate independently with significant interfaces across functions, groups, and business units, balancing demands from a variety of customers with potentially conflicting goals.
Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and across the functional areas.
