Responsibilities
Review, update, reconcile, and manage the purchase order and invoice process
Identify opportunities of improvement
Compile, analyze, and submit monthly forecast and accrual reports
Independently analyze and report financial and operational performance against plan
Provide thorough variance analysis
Prepare and provide monthly reporting and analysis to senior management
Maintain up-to-date expense control tracking
Manage and support development of monthly and quarterly dashboards to provide insights to peers and senior management
Support ad hoc report requests

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting; MBA is a plus
3+ years of financial analysis experience
Advanced Excel skills; experience with databases is a plus
Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI
Must be proactive, high energy, results-oriented, and willing to motivate change
Ability to work within tight deadlines, prioritize tasks and time manage across multiple projects
Demonstrate ability to positively influence results, deliver above expectations, and collaborate cross functionally
