Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update detailed cash flow models for various real estate assets.

Analyze financial performance and projections to support investment decisions.

Assess the financial impact of potential acquisitions, dispositions, and capital projects.

Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to evaluate risks and opportunities.

Prepare and present regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data for internal and external reporting.

Collaborate with Accounting and Asset Management teams to reconcile discrepancies and ensure full understanding of the asset and business plan.

Work closely with Asset management, acquisitions, and accounting teams to gather and analyze relevant data.

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

Support the development and implementation of financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
