Responsibilities

Key contributor and a pivotal player in the annual budget and quarterly forecasting cycles.

Develop robust financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives for the management team.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a crucial resource during the budget and forecasting processes.

Collaborate closely across various departments to enhance visibility and accountability.

Assist in monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis of performance against corporate plans and prior periods, with the capability to succinctly communicate results vertically and across departments.

Provide analytical support to department managers on a routine basis.

Identify and leverage new opportunities within ERP data to improve decision-making and forecasting assumptions.

Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis, along with other duties and special projects as assigned.
