Responsibilities
Support corporate strategy initiatives by analyzing key metrics and market trends.
Partner with the VP of FP&A to assess the financial impacts of diverse revenue streams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the FP&A function forward.
Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to support organizational stability and growth.
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency through data and trend analysis.
Lead and contribute to ad-hoc financial reporting projects on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience
Proven expertise in financial analysis and reporting
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerBI
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, Private Equity environment
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
Background in investment banking highly preferred
