Responsibilities
Develop and manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast models.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Net Working Cashflow.
Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and visualizations for financial analysis.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling as required.
Continuously improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Strong proficiency in Excel; ability to build complex financial models and perform data analysis.
Technical skills in Power BI; ability to create and manage data visualizations.
Solid understanding of financial statements and key financial metrics.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
Advanced degree (MBA, CPA, CFA) or relevant certification.
Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced industry.
Familiarity with other data analysis tools and software.
