Responsibilities
Provide management with recommendations and analyses to maximize revenues and profits.
Create dashboards for variances to budget.
Perform detailed analysis using Business Warehouse Queries & SAP.
Manage projects to identify efficiency gains.
Publish, update, and distribute Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reports.
Interact with colleagues at all levels with varying financial understanding.
Perform other duties as assigned by Finance Leadership.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in fields such as: Business, Economics, Statistics
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Strong modeling skills
Advanced Excel skills; Power Pivot/Power Query, SQL & VBA familiarity a plus
Hands on experience with Tableau and Power BI desired
Knowledge of accounting and finance theory and practice
Demonstrated willingness and propensity to learn new technical skills
Possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong oral and written presentation skills
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Proactive, self-starter, ability to anticipate management needs
Ability to work well both independently as well as in teams
Preferred
Prior experience working in a complex, marketing-driven organization
Prior experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
Proactive ability to review abstract information
