Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting updates.
Develop complex financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan, and Modeling tools.
Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies.
Provide financial analysis to support the negotiation of contracts and investments.
Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis and corporate budgeting.
Senior-level proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, vlookup, etc.).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
