Responsibilities
Serves as lead worker in the Office of Finance-Retailer Accounts.
Researches and analyzes complex information to resolve errors, modify data and/or determine appropriate action.
Researches and analyzes complex information related to Accounts Receivable Monthly Reconciliation and Limited Deposit Program Monthly Payment Reconciliation.
Gathers and synthesizes data from multiple financial sources to create reports.
Identifies and resolves errors resulting in out of balance conditions.
Serves as departmental liaison to troubleshoot any financial issues, questions, and communications related to Retailer Hearings.
Serves as liaison to retailers to discuss and troubleshoot complex invoice reconciliation issues, reviews financial information for retailer invoice reconciliation issues and works with Office of Information Technology to resolve the issues.
Serves as liaison to troubleshoot any Retailer Accounts department financial issues, questions, and communications.
Serves as departmental liaison to Office of Information Technology for Integrated Agent Database changes, updates, and issues.
Assists supervisor in updating and recommends changes in fiscal policy and procedures that impact Retailer Accounts.
As the lead worker, provides work direction and training to Retailer Accounts Financial Analysts.
In backup capacity and on as needed basis, performs other related accounting duties related to quarterly and yearly 1099 audit process, Super Retailer Taxes/Intercept, and quarterly Retailer Incentive Bonuses.
Uses various software programs to complete daily job responsibilities.
Performs other duties and works on special projects.
Qualification

Required
42 months experience or 42 months training in accounting &/or finance to include an advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.
Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 18 months experience or 18 months training in accounting &/or finance to include an advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.
Completion of graduate core program in business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 6 months experience or 6 months training in accounting &/or finance to include an advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.
12 months experience as Financial Analyst, 66562.
Equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
