Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial reporting comparing actuals to budget and trend with a focus on consolidated results, SG&A, interest, income taxes, capital expenditures, balance sheet and headcount.
Lead the reporting, forecasting and budgeting process for Corporate functional costs working with leadership to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Support the company-wide forecast and budget process through model development including compensation, insurance, property taxes, depreciation/amortization and capital expenditures.
Partner with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Conducting financial analyses including buy vs. lease analysis and capital expenditure IRR analysis.
Preparing ad-hoc analyses upon request.

Required
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
4+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or related role (Sr. Financial Analyst)
2+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or related role (Jr. Financial Analyst)
Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
Experience developing and maintaining financial models
Advanced MS Excel skills
Hands-on ERP experience
Ability to demonstrate analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks
Self-starter with ability to learn quickly
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
