Responsibilities
Conduct research, analyses, and create financial models on complex financial issues and business opportunities
Prepare and review month-end activities, work closely with Financial Control, and improve accounting procedures
Review balances for accuracy, develop complex databases and models, and present results to senior management
Manage budget, forecasting processes, advise business partners, and identify risks and opportunities
Participate in projects aimed at implementing changes to current business practices

Required
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
5-7+ years of experience in financial analysis
Preferred
Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, or similar data tools
Experience working in the financial services industry
Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders
Ability to take initiative, be productive, and solve problems independently while being part of a team
Highly organized with effective time/project management skills
Curious and creative – explores new ideas and is challenged by change
Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
