Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, supporting audits as needed.
Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for significant deviations from budgets and forecasts.
Assist with the budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes, collaborating with various stakeholders and departments to gather and analyze data.
Develop financial models to predict future financial performance and support long-term strategic planning.
Regularly update forecasts based on actual performance, market conditions, and business changes.
Analyze trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
Develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility into financial performance, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and initiatives.
Identify areas for process improvement in financial reporting and planning and implement streamlined workflows.
Participate in the enhancement of financial systems and tools to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
Support projects aimed at improving financial processes, including system upgrades or new system implementations.
Serve as a finance partner to department heads, providing guidance on financial impact, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Communicate financial insights and results to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable information.
Work closely with other finance team members to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial reporting and planning.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis, with a focus on financial reporting and FP&A
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial modeling
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across departments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
CPA, CMA, or CFA
Healthcare/fertility experience
Experience with Acumatica and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
