Responsibilities
Conduct research, analyses and create financial models on complex financial issues and business opportunities
Prepare and review month-end activities, work closely with Financial Control to improve accounting procedures and practices
Review balances for accuracy, develop and maintain complex databases, models, and entries
Present results and insights to senior management
Manage budget, short and long term forecasting processes, and advise business partners
Identify risks and opportunities, participate in projects aimed at implementing changes to current business practices

Required
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
5-7+ years of experience in financial analysis
Preferred
Experience working in the financial services industry
Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, or similar data tools
Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders
Ability to take initiative, be productive, and solve problems independently while being part of a team
Highly organized with effective time/project management skills
Curious and creative – explores new ideas and is challenged by change
Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
