Responsibilities
Work collaboratively to design, build, and maintain Power BI data visualization standards for our business partners
Work collaboratively to optimally apply data warehouse, BI architecture, data science and visualization tools and techniques (i.e. dashboards)
Utilize SAS/SQL to analyze pharmacy data to answer leadership questions
Communicate insights and analytical findings to a broad range of audiences, including leadership
Identify business issues and evaluate solutions with minimal direction
Perform actual to expected analyses and explain drivers of variance to leadership

Required
Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of technical experience in data analysis OR Master's degree and 3 or more years of experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
Experience in Power BI for creating data visualizations
Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data
Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred
Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Advanced in SQL, SAS and other data systems
Experience in DAX/M languages in Power BI
Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling
Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors
