Responsibilities
Coordinate and perform annual, quarterly, and monthly Cash Flow and Balance Sheet budgets/forecasts, including analysis and explanations of variances.
Develop and maintain financial models for analyzing and forecasting financial performance.
Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support decision-making.
Perform financial analysis on cash flow, operating results, and business plans.
Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and regulations.
Participate in finance-led process improvement activities and special projects.
Assist project teams with financial guidance and provide monthly outlooks for departments.
Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and assess financial feasibility.
Identify financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and present findings to stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and economic conditions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
Perform research and analysis as required.

Required
Bachelor of Science in a quantitative field (i.e. Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, etc.)
5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
Ability to present financial information to a nonfinancial audience
Working knowledge of financial strategies
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and NetSuite, Open Air, Rippling or related financial systems
Preferred
MBA, CPA or advanced degree
Government Experience
Adept at Rate Analysis and Proposals
