Responsibilities
Own all financial models across the company including operating forecast, weekly cash forecast, weekly flash and acquisition models including preparation, modification, and refinement with the objective of communicating to executive management the near-term expectations of financial performance in all environments
Organize a formal Financial Planning and Analysis process directed identifying opportunities for better performance, cost optimization, and improved gross profit
Analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets, develop actionable insights, and ability to explain such information simply to key stakeholders
Performing ad hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making
Management of a database that contains financial records and statements
Responsible for Revenue, COGS, and Gross Profit forecasting and analysis

Required
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required; MBA preferred
Three to five years of experience in finance, accounting, and data analytics
Experience supporting pharma, manufacturing, distribution services preferred
Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
