Responsibilities

Completing the refurbishment, maintenance, inspection and always delivering a high level of workmanship

Working in a team and independently when required

Liaise with management team daily

Performing inspections and assessments of existing fire-rated doors to identify any repairs or replacements needed

Installing fire-rated doors in accordance with fire regulations, safety regulations, and manufacturer guidelines

Installing and maintain fire-rated door hardware, including locks, hinges, closers, and panic devices

Ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations, including fire ratings, smoke sealing, and door clearances

Maintaining accurate records of door installations, repairs, and inspections

Adhering to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary

Maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained

Traveling to multiple sites as required
