Responsibilities

Perform advanced product presentations for customers and prospects.
Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers.
Perform customer needs assessments and discovery sessions.
Provide responses for product and technical requests.
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the company products, functions, features, and benefits.
Provide training during POC and in sandbox environments.
Review customer operations for improving business processes and identifying opportunities.
Contribute to the success of various groups and functional teams beyond the sales organization.
Actively collaborate with the Product Management and Marketing teams on a regular basis to provide information based on customer and industry interactions.
Continuously demonstrate competency in Exterro’s products, roadmap, and the Data Risk Management industry.
Understand relevant competitive solutions, products, and services.
Participate at conferences, trade shows, and other events as requested by Management and Product Marketing.
Join relevant user groups, industry groups, and similar organizations.
Must be a highly motivated, strong team player who is open to new ideas.
Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.

Required

5+ years sales engineering experience
5+ years of Law Enforcement or E-discovery
Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
Superior presentation skills.
Strong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification.
Ability to work effectively on a remote basis.
Requires an action-oriented individual with a very strong initiative to be successful.
Must be a highly motivated, strong team player who is open to new ideas.
Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.

Preferred Certifications: EnCE, CFCE, ACE, CISSP, CHFI
