Responsibilities

Develop and enhance front-end/UI applications for Social Services User Interface systems.
Collaborate on requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Maintain and optimize web-based J2EE/Portal applications using Agile methodologies.
Implement responsive and accessible designs adhering to ADA/Accessibility compliance.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues to ensure optimal application performance.
Contribute to technical documentation, design standards, and best practices.
Support CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and system performance tuning.

Required

8+ years of hands-on experience in Front End/UI development using Angular or similar frameworks on the J2EE platform.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and related libraries (e.g., JQuery, AJAX).
Strong knowledge of authentication/authorization, caching strategies, and scalable programming concepts.
Expertise in developing responsive, single-page applications (SPAs) with a focus on performance and maintainability.
Experience in test-driven development and tools like Karma, Jasmine, Selenium.
Understanding of accessibility standards and experience implementing ADA-compliant user interfaces.

Preferred

Experience with Spring Boot Java Applications, IBM WebSphere, and cloud platforms.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience developing mobile and tablet applications.
