Responsibilities

Learn about the product features and lead projects to develop, optimize, and maintain the website, web application, and Microsoft Add-In.

Create consistent front-end experiences across all browsers and platforms.

Attend meetings to understand code integration, meet stakeholders, and gather feedback.

Understand back end considerations related to performance, security, privacy, and accessibility.

Communicate with users, author documentation, and collaborate with colleagues.

Collaborate and communicate positively with colleagues.

Required

5+ years of front-end experience with deep understanding of React, Typescript, NEXT.js, Figma, Python, CSS and other modern web technologies and techniques

5+ years of experience in software development for cloud-based solutions

Experience in leading front-end development efforts in a startup environment

Emphasis on creating single-page apps that talk to various HTTP web services

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma is highly desirable

Creativity, tenacity, and attention to detail

Strong ability to communicate effectively with Product team in order to translate requirements into working software

Ability to work with customers and translate their feedback to improve and enhance the tools you are building

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or equivalent experience
