Responsibilities
Own MindLogger front-end technical orchestration, including mobile and web apps, ensuring they are responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly.
Drive the architecture, planning, and development of front-end features and UX, ensuring they are aligned with user needs and business goals and delivered at quality and on time.
Be a technical leader to our existing development team of internal and external engineers.
Collaborate closely with the Engineering Director to break down tasks for external development, and ensure estimations and deliveries are accurate and timely.
Architect and execute front-end automated testing to ensure regression protection and optimal performance, ensuring comprehensive coverage and quality assurance.
Ensure successful integrations with backend systems, contributing to a cohesive and seamless user experience.
Mentor and uplift non-technical staff; collaborate with cross-functional teams (including external resources) for tailored feature implementation.
Contribute to prototyping and solutions-engineering tasks as needed.

Required
5-8+ years of experience working with React/React Native. This is a highly technical IC role; candidates should be prepared to be hands-on with code and systems without a management component.
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Mobile development experience is a plus, especially in Swift/Java/Kotlin for native plugin development.
Experience working on user-centered applications with an appreciation for elegant and highly usable UX design.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and automation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively and provide high-level support outside engineering as necessary.
Understanding of data privacy and encryption, ensuring user data is protected and secure.
Familiarity with testing frameworks for React (and previous experience utilizing them), ensuring comprehensive test coverage and quality assurance.
Ability to adapt to and work between fast-paced prototype efforts and larger internal feature implementations.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges, enhancing the front-end user experience and performance.
