Responsibilities
Create intuitive and efficient “mission control” interfaces for our SOC and customers.
Refine interfaces in our human-in-the-loop AI systems.
Work closely with our SOC operators to understand their workflows and address their pain points.
Improve the performance and reliability of our real-time video chat platform.
Set and uphold standards for best practices in frontend development.
Lead design reviews and solicit input from multiple teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Work on challenging interdisciplinary problems within our deep tech stack.
Deploy changes with immediate impacts on our product, worldwide

Required
Must be located in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, IL, MD, MA, NY, OH, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA
Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and a deep understanding of modern web development practices.
Hands-on experience with React, Redux, GraphQL, or similar web frameworks.
Passionate about delivering high-quality products that meet and exceed user expectations.
Eager to work with, mentor, and learn from your peers through code reviews, design documents, and pair programming.
Enthusiastic about diving into different areas of technology and problem-solving.
2+ years of industry experience in frontend development.
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience leading teams or managing projects.
Knowledge of Canvas, SVG, or animation.
Familiarity with WebRTC or WebSockets.
Experience as a full-stack engineer.
Background in a fast-paced startup environment.
