Responsibilities
Designing and developing custom applications to enhance QA operations
Providing mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers
Establishing and scaling CI/CD automation pipelines
Estimating task efforts for testing and completion
Maintaining and updating QA documentation
Collaborating closely with Development, Business Analysts, and Product Owners for project success
Offering technical guidance on agile test automation solutions within scrum teams

Required
Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Software Development Engineer, proficient in C# .NET (ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC)
Strong familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as Typescript/Javascript and React
Sound understanding of design patterns and programming principles (OOP/OOD)
Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Proficiency in source control tools like GIT
Hands-on experience with DevOps and Continuous Integration Tools (e.g., TFS, Jenkins)
Familiarity with Agile development/testing methodologies
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization
Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection (preferably cable or fiber)
A dedicated, distraction-free home office space
A valid physical address within the eligible states
The willingness and ability to collaborate effectively with team members via various communication channels
Preferred
Candidates with experience in TFS/VSTS/AzureDevOps or Artificial Intelligence
