Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a Java application with an OracleSQL backend and Tomcat application server.

Work in an AWS cloud environment using cutting-edge technology.

Collaborate with other government and contractor developers on all facets of development and O&M for the application.

Support gathering, analysis, and development of specifications/requirements provided by the system owner.

Provide support for all phases of the project's life cycle development.

Possess strong user interface skills and experience with Java, EXTJS 7, and Solr.

Experience with Angular 2+, AWS Open Search, and PostGRES is preferred.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other related field

8 years of experience with programming and software development in multiple layers in the software stack (UI, web or micro services, database, search)

Experience with leading or advanced programming and software development including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting and/or upgrading of software systems

Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications while maintaining 24/7 availability

Strong background in JAVA and JavaScript

Experience with EXTJS

Experience with Solr

Experience developing in an agile environment

Strong oral and written communication skills

Clearance Required: Active Top Secret
