Responsibilities

As a System Integration & Test Engineer, focus on operational testing of systems including radars, counter-defensive components, and command and control systems.

Participate in complex integration programs, establish methods, write integration procedures, and conduct integration using comprehensive knowledge of subsystems.

Develop systems engineering artifacts such as System/Subsystem Requirements Documents, Requirements Traceability Matrix, and Test and Evaluation Master Plan.

Lead industry standard design reviews like System Requirements Review, Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Review, and Test Readiness Review.

Create test strategies, develop test plans, procedures, and reports, and perform tests at various locations.

Analyze test performance, identify deficiencies, maintain databases, recommend corrective actions, and support integration plans.

Collaborate with engineers/developers to correct deficiencies and ensure systems meet customer needs and function properly.
