Responsibilities
Take ownership of projects across the stack, from architecture to implementation, on both frontend and backend systems.
Communicate technical solutions and decisions effectively through clear, asynchronous written documentation.
Partner with team members to prioritize product initiatives, define project requirements, and craft new feature concepts.
Maintain and enhance existing applications through refactoring, bug fixes, performance optimization, and system upgrades.
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and consistency.
Work alongside product and customer success teams to deliver features that drive meaningful business outcomes and solve real user frustrations.

Required
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and a strong understanding of industry best practices.
Ability to balance complex trade-offs with a focus on long-term product and business success.
A proven track record of clear and detailed written and verbal communication skills.
Residency in the USA.
Preferred
Familiarity with the social media or marketing technology landscape.
Experience with React and Redux.
Proficiency in Postgres and Redis.
Comfort working with Docker in development and deployment environments.
