Responsibilities
Refine interfaces in our human-in-the-loop AI systems.
Work closely with our SOC operators to understand their workflows and address their pain points.
Design and implement robust backend systems to support web interfaces.
Develop infrastructure deployment and replication models for AI-enabled edge devices.
Scale our backend systems to support an expanding fleet of edge devices, customers, and internal human operators.
Set and uphold standards for best practices in frontend and backend development.
Lead design reviews and solicit input from multiple teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Work on challenging interdisciplinary problems within our deep tech stack.
Deploy changes with immediate impacts on our product, worldwide.

Required
Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and a deep understanding of modern web development practices.
Hands-on experience with React, Redux, GraphQL, or similar web frameworks.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack development.
Experience with backend development and best coding practices for Python, Go, Rust or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with Django.
Experience building and scaling high availability distributed systems.
Understanding of standard Observability tools such as Datadog, Cloudwatch etc.
Hands-on experience with AWS and DevOps practices.
Passionate about delivering high-quality products that meet and exceed user expectations.
Eager to work with, mentor, and learn from peers through code reviews, design documents, and pair programming.
Enthusiastic about diving into different areas of technology and problem-solving.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred
Experience leading teams or managing projects.
Familiarity with WebRTC or WebSockets.
Experience with AI, including generative AI technologies.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
