Responsibilities
Design and implement high-quality software using the latest technologies with a focus on building component-based, cost-effective, scalable, and secure.
Maintain the highest engineering standards in collaboration with product owners, architects, and stakeholders, in support of our systems and services
Build solutions using the best practices of Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps
Participate in Agile SCRUM ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Daily SCRUM, Demo) and contribute to team deliverables
Participate in peer reviews of software engineering artifacts
Assist in the identification and resolution of production issues
Ensure the team is adhering to development standards and security policies and procedures

Required
Ideally 6+ years of professional software development experience
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with JavaScript/Typescript, React, Node.js
Strong knowledge of the AWS cloud platform and experience working with AWS resources such as ApiGateway, Cloudfront, S3, SNS/SQS, Lambda, AWS WAF/WebACL, Step Functions, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, DynamoDB.
Experience provisioning and managing Cloud infrastructure as code using AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) and/or AWS CloudFormation.
Strong experience with version control using Git, continuous integration, and test automation.
Experience with technical support using tool such as Pager Duty to identify and resolve issues.
Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency, and drive.
Independent, proactive, and able to deliver high-quality code.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and discover innovative and efficient solutions.
Effective communicator, a believer in good comments and documentation.
