Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and optimize internal tools, processes, and services that power business teams.
Drive complex changes involving multiple components, both frontend and backend.
Maintain and enhance the reliability and scalability of solutions aligned with compliance standards.
Leverage data to analyze opportunities and communicate the impact of work on operational efficiency.
Build trust and partnerships with stakeholder teams.
Review code from peers and grow others through example, mentorship, and teaching.

Required
You have 7+ years of software development, engineering experience.
You have a Bachelor’s/Master’s level degree in computer science or relevant engineering-related field or equivalent experience.
You care deeply about improving the experience, tools, and processes of your business team colleagues.
You drive innovative solutions while being sensitive to the current needs and realities of stakeholders.
You can turn technically ambiguous requirements into concrete and thorough designs and execution plans.
Preferred
Proficiency with C#, Typescript and React
Experience working in large codebases, organizing and refactoring
Experience with GraphQL and SQL
