Responsibilities

Lead & Mentor: Guide and support junior engineers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and problem-solving.

Develop & Innovate: Build and optimize frontend and backend systems, integrating APIs and responsive UIs.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Design, and Operations teams to deliver features that enhance the user experience.

Drive Process Improvement: Champion AI-assisted tools and strategies to optimize our development pipeline and product capabilities.

Required
