Responsibilities

Participate in the software development life cycle for financial applications, procurement, workflow, and self-service applications.

Provide responsive support for production issues and implement new software products.

Process customer requests, gather requirements, design application setups, and assist with technical development.

Prepare documentation, provide solutions to meet business needs, and maintain system controls and data integrity.

Support system administration, implementations, user training, and document business processes.

Provide guidance for process reengineering, set up/customize workflows and self-service modules.

Work effectively as a team member, provide support to client users, and participate in software development life cycle for HCM and CRM applications.

Utilize XML/BI Publisher for human capital management reports, administer application security, and analyze user needs for functional requirements.

Perform functional allocation, identify required tasks and resources, and provide supervision to support staff.
