Responsibilities
Lead and supervise geotechnical engineering projects for transportation, residential, and commercial facilities.
Provide expert technical guidance aligning with industry best practices and standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and manage project budgets and timelines.
Mentor and develop a team of geotechnical engineers and technicians.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, maintain expertise in soil mechanics, geotechnical analysis, and foundation design.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships, prepare high-quality reports and technical documentation.

Required
Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
Hold a Professional Engineer or the ability to obtain one promptly
A minimum of 12 years of geotechnical engineering experience, with a focus on transportation, residential, and commercial projects
In-depth knowledge of soil mechanics, geotechnical analysis, and foundation design
Strong project management skills and a history of managing multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Dedication to safety, quality, and a continuous improvement mindset
Preferred
PhD in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
Demonstrate a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex geotechnical projects
