Responsibilities

Innovate, evolve, and oversee all creative initiatives for the new AAA IP.
Lead a creative team and collaborate with various departments to ensure world-class creative output.
Partner with marketing agency partners and manage external creative partners to deliver high-quality creative across all media.
Participate in marketing strategies and planning to ensure on-budget and on-time creative delivery.

Required

12+ years of professional experience in the creative field. At least 5-7 years of experience building and leading creative teams.
Experienced managerial skills coupled with the ability to optimize people, processes, and craft.
Excellent oral and written communications skills in global market language, including meeting facilitation and presentations across multiple locations and time zones.
Ability to efficiently communicate complex concepts, vision and topics to stakeholders and the broader organization, executives and partners.
Ability to elevate strategic thinking and planning.
Strong ability to develop high-profile, influential, and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and geographies.
Can partner with Marketing Strategy and Operations teams to create world class creative campaigns, and execute said campaigns with excellence.
Deep understanding of creative workflows, production process and tools.
Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience and training.

Preferred

Deep experience with live-service games and passion for video games, and its industry processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced business culture with the ability to pivot quickly.
Not afraid to engage in hands-on creative projects. Enjoy concepting and have a keen eye for detail.
