Responsibilities
Create high-end graphics for a range of clients.
Create wireframes, mockups, final graphics, and optimize them for use in intended medium(s).
Whiteboard and storyboard video projects, including creative ideation and sketches.
Assist in the development of project scopes and specifications.
Maintain high level of organization for files and task tracking.
Work with the creative team on maintaining and developing best practices for design, branding, file management, and other processes.
Work closely with other departments — specifically Marketing — to develop accurate and impactful designs.
Require little to no help from other designers/directors to produce high-quality assets.
Art Direct the work of the non-Senior Graphic Designers and contractors.
Stay up to date on design trends, tools, best-practices, and processes.
Be ready and eager to learn new tools, applications, and design styles.
Perform other tasks as requested by manager.

Required
5+ years’ professional experience in the graphic design field, preferably in an agency environment, as either a Graphic Designer or Art Director.
Well-rounded and well-presented portfolio of work.
Expert knowledge of the Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator and InDesign.
Advanced knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
Proven creative skills – the ability to create visually appealing representations of complex information in a timely manner.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Excellent time-management and communication skills.
Able to pivot quickly and juggle multiple projects with ease.
Professional experience with giving and receiving constructive criticism.
Comfortable participating and contributing to client reviews.
Applicants must live in one of the following states: WA, OR, ID, NV, NC, DC, MA.
Preferred
Experience with Adobe XD and Figma is a plus.
Familiarity with the tech industry is a plus.
