Responsibilities
Create marketing materials for Retail, CRM, and Merchandising channels for L’OCCITANE in the US and Canada.
Conceptualize creative direction under the guidance of the Senior Director.
Develop in-store collateral for store support.
Create presentations, mockups, and manage final files for printing.
Collaborate with outside vendors on retouching and color reviews.
Present creative solutions to meet brand objectives and maintain brand aesthetic.
Coordinate with stakeholders to manage workload and timelines.
Ensure timely reviews and releases of deliverables across channels.
Perform all other duties or projects as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
5 years of experience (agency or in-house creative department)
Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Experience with After Effects or other video software. Figma a plus
A customer-first outlook, with an interest in the beauty industry as well as industry trends
Ability to self-manage multiple projects at once, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner
Excellent communication skills, speaking to both creative vision and tactical details
Strong presentation capabilities; adept at both independent and collaborative work
Preferred
Photoshoot experience a plus
