Responsibilities

Support brand marketing by owning the design of Nativo's content resources including, but not limited to, one-sheets, presentations, case studies, website and platform mockups, templates, signage, social/ email/ newsletter assets, and video and animation assets

Collaborate with Marketing to ensure visual executions are cohesive, impactful, and highly engaging

Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are consistent throughout all graphic elements, and creative executions

Manage multiple projects in various stages from concept to completion simultaneously

Collaborate with project teams to plan, analyze, organize, and execute assigned projects, ensuring all deliverables are of the highest quality

Create high-quality and compelling static graphics ranging from banner ads, social media posts, infographics to explainer videos and more

Conceptualize interactive media through developmental stages of UX development, including wireframing and production with developer-free software

Story-board, develop and execute motion graphic concepts as well as modify/edit pre-formatted videos and gifs

Required

5-7+ years of relevant Graphic Design Experience

Excellent time management and organization skills

Mastery experience of the Adobe Creative Suite required (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) as well as working knowledge in Google Suite (Slides, primarily)

Experience with UI/UX Design from user-journeys to wireframing (with use of tools such as Ceros, VeV, Adobe XD, Figma, and/or Sketch)

Proven ability to conceptualize and execute motion design concepts (utilizing Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut, Jitter, etc) as well as utilizing templates and stock assets for quick production

Demonstrated experience working with Google Slides

Profound attention to detail, ensuring work conforms to technical specifications, labeled accordingly and archived for future use

Working knowledge of social platforms such as LinkedIn, Vimeo, Instagram, TikTok, etc

Experience with HTML/CSS (Including website maintenance in Webflow)
