Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and marketing team to develop and execute high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and materials for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, email campaigns, and promotional content.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and integrate relevant insights into design strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines without compromising on creativity or quality.
Take initiative in understanding The Chosen’s brand nuances and contribute to continuous brand elevation through innovative design solutions.
Develop and maintain a library of design assets and templates to streamline future projects.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
Proven track record of creating engaging content for social media and other digital platforms.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, with an emphasis on social media content and brand development.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Basic knowledge of Premiere or other video editing software preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work setting.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
