Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of marketing assets, including brochures, flyers, presentations, website graphics, social media content, event materials, and more.
Ensure all design work adheres to the global Topcon Healthcare brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand identity across all channels.
Work closely with marketing team members to understand project requirements, target audiences, and desired outcomes.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
Provide guidance and support to junior designers or freelance resources, fostering their growth and development.

Required
8+ years of experience as a graphic designer in a corporate or agency setting.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design software.
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of design principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale.
Fluency in English is required.
A strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred
Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Fluency in Spanish, French, or Portuguese is a strong plus.
Experience with enterprise-level project management is highly desirable.
Experience with Wrike project management software is a plus.
